Teriyaki Chicken with Basmati

12 chicken sticks
4 spoon of Extra Virgin olive oil (Saint George)
200ml teriyaki sauce
5 cups of honey (Mavroude)
80 ml of soyia sauce
400g chicken broth
1/2 garlic cloves finely chopped
2 fresh onions finely chopped
400gr basmati
fresh pepper

  1. Place a deep pot and add the Saint George Extra Virgin olive oil
  2. Place the  chicken and add freshly sliced cheese
  3. Pour with honey (Mavroude), Extinguish with soya sauce
  4. add the chicken stock and the  teriyaki sauce
  5. lower the fire and let simmer until the sauce get thicker
  6. Served with basmati
